My degree my country my world

I am a student at Rajarata University Sri Lanka. I am studying at faculty of applied science. There are two department of in our faculty. My degree is B.Sc. information and communication technology and it is in the physical department. My degree consists of three year and the best student can do four year. In each year has two semester and every semester have many subjects related to our degree. There are lots of works to do. Assignments, projects and so many things develop our knowledge. In our degree there are many important subjects. But we must want some different subject in our degree program.
Information and communication technology is very essential field in our country and the world. As we all know Sri Lanka is a developing country. In this country it field is also coming important field. Because this field is developing rapidly. Information and communication technology field is related to every fields.  Banking, business, traveling and so many fields are joining with information and communication technology.  
In the world also my field is develop rapidly. I want to study well and get good knowledge and give good service to people in the world.  Networking, programming, software engineering  and so many jobs related to the information and communication technology. So  I hope to do good service to the country and the world.

It is generally a three year degree program and, if any student wish to follow four year special degree that student can follow it according to their GPA value. During these three years I have to learn many subjects. Some of them are Web technology, Internet programming, Software engineering etc. In my degree program I’m allowing to learn not only ICT related subjects, but also subjects like Marketing, Professional English which are related to other fields. Actually it is a good guidance to my future life. In Sri Lanka, there are so many IT companies that we can give our service and get a high salary such as Millennium IT, WSO2, Vertusa Polaris.
