MY DEGREE ,MY COUNTRY, MY WORLD
Degree is a any justification for the job market but it is not sufficient. Because the new world is very advanced and competitive. So if we need a good job, we may have load of qualifications. So my degree is BSc. General in Applied science (Biological Science). My target is finding a good job. But some people prefer the academic field so we can work any field from this degree. Because i learn three subjects. My majors are Chemistry , Zoology, and  Botany. In chemistry we learn Organic chemistry, Inorganic chemistry , Physical chemistry and their practical knowledge. But our country is a developing country so our country  have very few industries. Even though we have  low job market in chemistry , some good jobs are available. In zoology and botany we learn Economic botany, Postharvest technology in plant products, Food microbiology, Horticulture and  landscaping, and Molecular Biology ...etc. So these causes directly target the job market but Sri Lanka have not enough jobs from these areas. Sri Lanka depend from agriculture but most of people don't use new technologies so we can't find any good job in this field. But other countries have very good and more job opportunities. Some causes such as Horticulture and landscaping principles,   Tissue culturing techniques aspect for self employments and also to improve  the awareness of new technical methods which used in modern agriculture.
Microbiology is a good field in my country as well as other countries but lot of food items transport from other countries to my country  some yougurt ,chees,  and butter. These  foods can be produced our country as well as there are many microbiologists in our country but they haven't suitable job to their degree. So that most of the Sri Lankan microbiologists and Chemists go other countries for good jobs. Other countries  are very developed and they like give the jobs for Sri Lankan chemists and microbiologists because their knowledge is very high. as well as  other countries produce good products foods and other products then they transport their products to Sri Lanka. So that we must developed any job opportunities for our microbiologists and chemists.
 In my childhood  i wanted to be a good chemist in analytical chemistry,  I dreamed to researched on natural products , environmental aspects on ecosystems, pharmacology , mineralogy and ecotoxicology . My country has  well-known    indigenous medicine, valuable and  highly diverse flora and fauna composition, lots of minerals such as utile, ilmanite,etc. all these resources are not used in worthy manner. therefore I'm egger to work on this fields and develop their applying techniques for a better future of my country. i want to used all of my knowledge and innovative skills to strength up the status of my country in my world.

My Degree, My Country & My World

I’m following Bachelor of Information and Technology in Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. It is generally a three year degree program and, if any student wish to follow four year special degree that student can follow it according to their GPA value. During these three years I have to learn many subjects. Some of them are Web technology, Internet programming, Software engineering etc. In my degree program I’m allowing to learn not only ICT related subjects, but also subjects like Marketing, Professional English which are related to other fields. Actually it is a good guidance to my future life. In Sri Lanka, there are so many IT companies that we can give our service and get a high salary such as Millennium IT, WSO2, Vertusa Polaris.
