My Degree, My Country, My World


                 I have followed my degree on Information Communication Technology in Applied Sciences, Rajarata University of Srilanka.ICT is most important and valuable degree program in today.In modern society ICT is ever-present, with over three billion people having access to the Internet.Especially in developing countries, has led ICT to become a keystone of everyday life.ICT is more important to every one today.Lets talk about it.
                 Today ICT is of first rate in education systems.ICT has an important prominent role in knowledge due to its changeable ability and its capability to making relationship among students.It has created thousands of new job opportunities.IT industry is the second largest fields that gain foreign exchange.IT field is interrelated with many other fields Business management, Medicine, Engineering and all other designing process are get benefit of the IT.According to the data Sri lanka is a country which has rapid growth in the field  and currently it in 65th positions. My degree program help me to understand this field and become a expert in it.
                 Consider about world,all the world is linked through the Information Technology.It is called network.Internet is the largest network in the IT field. Through Internet people can search any detail that some one wants to know.

                             

       

                  So in those cases I'm glad when I think that I'm going to be a BSc in ICT degree holder because modern world is nothing without Information technology.

It is generally a three year degree program and, if any student wish to follow four year special degree that student can follow it according to their GPA value. During these three years I have to learn many subjects. Some of them are Web technology, Internet programming, Software engineering etc. In my degree program I’m allowing to learn not only ICT related subjects, but also subjects like Marketing, Professional English which are related to other fields. Actually it is a good guidance to my future life. In Sri Lanka, there are so many IT companies that we can give our service and get a high salary such as Millennium IT, WSO2, Vertusa Polaris.
