My Degree / My country / My world.

                                   I  highly believe that without dreams there is not any future. Actually I had an ambition to join SriLanka AirForce as fighter plane pilot. This was my rose - bud dream since my childhood because my uncle was died from plane crash during  the war period.He was my best friend and  I wanted to fullfill his place when I saw his photograph again and again.I got several endavours to success my dream after my O/L examination, I couldn't sucess it because of my poor vision.Then I wanted to become a doctor because I have seen lot of incidences in liberated areas , as a red - cross member the way of people suffering  during war period.
                                                                         As the result of that I studied biology stream to achieve my dream.Unfortunately I couldn't enter the medical faculty and I was qualified to enter Faculty of Applied Sciences Rajarata university as a applied science student.Now I'm following Zoology, Botney, Chemistry as major subjects. I want to study futher more through the chemisty field. I'm really happy to become  Applied science student and want to help people whenever they are in critical moment as goverment servant.

It is generally a three year degree program and, if any student wish to follow four year special degree that student can follow it according to their GPA value. During these three years I have to learn many subjects. Some of them are Web technology, Internet programming, Software engineering etc. In my degree program I’m allowing to learn not only ICT related subjects, but also subjects like Marketing, Professional English which are related to other fields. Actually it is a good guidance to my future life. In Sri Lanka, there are so many IT companies that we can give our service and get a high salary such as Millennium IT, WSO2, Vertusa Polaris.
