My Degree My country My World

                                                                            Education is the key for the success in present society.There are plenty of modes to full fill the education.when we think about past there were not facilities such as to day to fulfill basic education requirements .Fortunately time has changed almost 95% of the children able to take their education through schools.when we consider about Sri Lanka very few student who works hard get a rare chance to get selected to a government university to complete their higher studies .Luckily I'm one of them.
                                                                            I'm a undergraduate of Rajarata University of Sri lanka,learning Information Communication Technology at Faculty of Applied Sciences .It was my dream to make my future career related to IT field .fortunately i got opportunity to achieve my goal.currently IT field is a filed which emerging faster.There are many job opportunities available in this field such as software developers,maintainers,quality assurance engineers,networking engineers and many more.salary regarding those jobs are relatively high than ordinary jobs.some companies such as Vertusa,WSO2 and Millennium IT are the leading companies who maintain the standard of the IT field and engage on software development field.IT field is interrelated with many other fields as well in Sri lanka. Business management ,Medicine,Engineering and all other designing process are get benefit of the IT so that the field of IT broaden than the past time . many opportunities are available for new graduated such as me in the field.According to the data Sri lanka is a country which has rapid growth in the field . currently it in 65th positions few more years it will be rise more in positively.
                                                                            When consider about world related to the my field all the world is linked through the Information Technology. Through Internet any detail that some one wants to know is only distance of finger tips.so that many opportunities are open to the field of it in world marker IT workers has more demand.Business process out sourcing is a process which makes trend on the business to minimize the cost and the size of the business and increase the quality of the final service. Thing that happening here is Business give their work to other expertise who are in other countries to complete the works and they make a payment to them.from that process many other counties IT workers also get chance to provide their service and get a payment.we can see total Globalization is based on ICT.
                                                                             This is My degree, this is My Country and this is My world totally based on ICT .Its time to serve for my country and the world with my degree and better future to my self and to the society.

It is generally a three year degree program and, if any student wish to follow four year special degree that student can follow it according to their GPA value. During these three years I have to learn many subjects. Some of them are Web technology, Internet programming, Software engineering etc. In my degree program I’m allowing to learn not only ICT related subjects, but also subjects like Marketing, Professional English which are related to other fields. Actually it is a good guidance to my future life. In Sri Lanka, there are so many IT companies that we can give our service and get a high salary such as Millennium IT, WSO2, Vertusa Polaris.
