My Degree, My Country and My World

I’m a second year undergraduate student in the Faculty of Applied Science, Rajarata University of SriLanka. I hope to study Mathematics and Physics, for another one year under Bsc. I’m planning to continue my studies on physics further more. I want to become a lecturer in Sri Lankan university and would help to uplift my country my world.
A graduate is an individual who has joined a good knowledge and good attitudes. He can serve to country and the world in a great way. The government spends a lot to create a graduate and all the Sri Lankans have a right for the money that government spends. So it is a responsibility of a graduate to server poor people of this country and  make a better place for them.
If I become a lecturer in a university, I can teach lot of students and, show their skills. It is a valuable position, In Srilanka there is a sort age of on lecturers. If I become a lecturer, I can do a great service to my country and my people.
As an example, I can explore more knowledge on Mathematics and Physics under my graduate programme and there are so many ways to serve this country with the knowledge. By developing skills of inquiry and questioning the objective truth, students will have the ability to be savvy consumers of scientific knowledge and not be more sponges. If I finish my degree successfully, I know I can prove this dream. So, I always  working hard.
There is a very big demand for Mathematics and Physics. Also lecturer is one of the greatest jobs in this planet. We can get together with people in develop countries to use our knowledge and develop better products in order to make the world a better place for the whole mankind.

It is generally a three year degree program and, if any student wish to follow four year special degree that student can follow it according to their GPA value. During these three years I have to learn many subjects. Some of them are Web technology, Internet programming, Software engineering etc. In my degree program I’m allowing to learn not only ICT related subjects, but also subjects like Marketing, Professional English which are related to other fields. Actually it is a good guidance to my future life. In Sri Lanka, there are so many IT companies that we can give our service and get a high salary such as Millennium IT, WSO2, Vertusa Polaris.
