My Degree, My Country, My World

As for the topic I will explain about my degree. I am a Undergraduate  Information and communication student from Rajarata University Sri Lanka. As for my degree there are so many opportunities around the country and around the world. My ambition is to be a Gaming Developer. This field based on Computer Games. We can make attractive games for children, teenagers and adults. Also there are so many opportunities in Sri Lanka and Abroad. Leading Software companies regarding this field are UbiSoft,ElecronicArts etc. By getting degree I think I can help to develop my country by gaining foreign exchange.

 Then I will explain about my countries Information and Communication field. In gaming field there are less technologies and companies. Also there are misunderstandings about computer gaming and other stuffs. We have to develop Educational Games to use in educational fields. IT industry is the second largest fields that gain foreign exchange.
There are so many well known gaming companies established there branches such as UbiSoft,EA Games,SuperCell and IBM . So we not need go abroad for find jobs. In past 10 years Sri Lankan IT field gain vast development. Student choose Information and Communication field to study more than other fields because they can earn more money than other fields. 

Talking about world Information Communication fields it’s the most powerful field. From the birth to death IT field embossed to our life. IT fields is the most valuable professional field of the World. I hope that I can help to lift my country in IT field one day. The most suitable example is The Internet. Without Internet we can’t do anything.

I’m following Bachelor of Information and Technology in Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. It is generally a three year degree program and, if any student wish to follow four year special degree that student can follow it according to their GPA value. During these three years I have to learn many subjects. Some of them are Web technology, Internet programming, Software engineering etc. In my degree program I’m allowing to learn not only ICT related subjects, but also subjects like Marketing, Professional English which are related to other fields. Actually it is a good guidance to my future life. In Sri Lanka, there are so many IT companies that we can give our service and get a high salary such as Millennium IT, WSO2, Vertusa Polaris.
